Woodvale Dental Surgery

The first time I went was great! When I came back I had a different dentist because my dentist was pregnant when I was there so I thought I would get a different one anyway. When I walked in I got questioned why am I seeing a different dentist and I should be seeing the same dentist etc etc.. Extremely rude he said I will look at your teeth anyway (I really wanted to just walk out), I wanted to get my Invisalign treatment started, that's why I was there, so all he did was checked my teeth, said whitening is around $1k and I need to go to the city to get it done and Invisalign is around $14k (its no where near that) and said we will book you another appointment to see someone else, AND got charged for them doing nothing! - Will never go back.

The best dentists are here - specially Dr Farshad. My experience was beyond my expectations.

This practice is great; from Dianne at the front desk through to the dentists and hygienists themselves. Highly recommended.

Due to a childhood accident I have had many Dentists and many procedures across different countries. If there is a better dentist than Farshad please let me know because I am yet to meet one. Dianne also provides a professional and friendly supporting role. Easy 5 stars from me...

Absolutely waste of $$ money and time.We been there for quotation and consultant. Well if you can't do job then should inform us on phone as we request..... Rather than charging and ripping us like most of dentists did.And lady on receptionist and rude like a miss Karen. Her name should be KarenThey treat their patients like they are coronavirus or some kind of virus.No respect so ever.You book your appointment on your own risk

I have done my 2 implants with dr Farshad, the whole process from A-Z i have not felt any pain or discomfort, he was so caring during the procedure and answered all my questions, he is the most caring and gentle dentist I have ever had in my life and also he is very well knowledge. Today was my first visit to this clinic . Reception was very friendly and welcoming . Dr Farham is an experienced dentist . He is a caring dentist . Dental assisstant was also very friendly . I would recommend this clinic

DR KAE YU is a bad dentist and rude i do not recommend him at alli was waiting for my appointment he was screaming at one of the nurses and telling her that she need to stop been a nurse and he doesn’t wnt to work with her and kicked her out the clinic poor old lady he have 0 respect for old people and have 0 experience in dentistry
