Called the correct phone number three times no answer at all waste of my phone moneyhowever this is only bulk billed place adult. Not all of us are wealthy

I'm not happy! I made an appointment for my tooth to be pulled, so they booked me in for a short appointment and I waited the whole appointment for my x-ray! I have now left still in Excruciating pain and still can't eat because they couldn't do the job! Not happy and yous were much better last time!

I was impressed their approach and identifying the problems were almost the same as my previous private dentist told me. Was actually better I’ve been grinding my teeth for years to the point of literally grinding them out off my jaw. The dentist spend fifteen minutes on it and now my teeth are firmly in their place. No more pain in my teeth or jaw. And that wasn’t even the problem I walked in for. So everybody give them a thumb up including my two. ( just 2 doesn’t seem enough)

Being new to the Government dental scheme I was not expecting to be spoken about. The dentist part was fine and the ladies in the room told me to ask a few questions when I went back to the front office. Which I tried to with both accounts and reception but was told to wait till the paper work came out. So I took a seat then after a while the lady from accounts went into the dentist chasing the paper work and told them I was hassling them which I did not. Remember I was new to all this and how it works. I was NOT hassling I was asking questions. They don’t want to be treated badly nor do I. Not good enough front office.

I am petrified of dentists I'm sitting in waiting room now after treatment the staff are great the dentist and assistant were absolutely brilliant explaining every step , recommended

After all the below, a customer was kicked out for being mask exempt and unable to wear one.Office staff desperately in need of disability and discrimination training. Or you know, simple human compassion could work? Being unable to read and write affects about 10% of the population, they need a plan to cope with that.Ten years on the waiting list.Left alone with predicted allergic" reaction. Fainted unsupervised.Teeth pulled willy-nilly because of lack of earlier treatment and expense of damage caused.Emergency waiting out in the weather in pain for over an hour in order to minimise three hours of waiting room time

I went there today to get a tooth pulled out and the staff were absolutely awesome. If I'm honest I was super scared to go but the staff were so understanding and actually care about making you feel comfortable.10/10

Poorly made dentures. Dentist used wrong teeth on dentures because he didn't have ones to suit. Did not listen to me when I said he had my jaws in an unnatural position when making moldsAfter making the dentures they didn't fit at all and when I asked him to make them fit I was told I would have to pay for them to go back to he laboratory. I was also told I couldn't apply for dentures through the government again for six years. I'm a pensioner and having paid for dentures that didn't fit I would not pay again for dentures that were poorly made in the first place. The dentist said he was sorry they were no good. I can't afford to pay for training so left with useless dentures which were no good to me and need to find a cheap dentist for another set.

Rude receptionists who are under trained, unfamiliar with government policies who are more focused interrupting you to hurry along the call than actually help you. Customer service was so bad I just hung up and didn't continue to waste my time with a dentistry run by children.
