Staff are professional and friendly. They care and understand you might be in pain or scared.

This dental clinic was my regular clinic for about 10 years. I remember telling several different dentists that I think I grind my teeth and being told that everything was fine. Unfortunately I do not remember these three dentist names however I have recently gone to a new clinic, where my new dentist has informed me that I have been grinding for years, and mentioned, that my old dentist's must have been blind" not too have see any of the evidence. As you can imagine I am extremely frustrated at this situation and wish to WARN anyone who goes here

I have been a patient at Harborne Dental Clinic for some 20 years; during that time I have always received the very best of service.From making or changing an appointment or needing to be seen in an emergency Deb Whitehead is always there at reception to organise things with calm efficiency.The dental treatment from Dr Andrew Connor and his team has always been first rate; he explains thoroughly the options available to me and takes into account the cost benefit analysis involved.I regularly see Mrs Angela May for dental hygiene appointments, she is extremely accommodating, gentle and thorough.In short I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for top quality dental care, a kind and inviting environment, with attentive and professional staff and great value for money.
