The two times in my life where I had extreme pain in my teeth, they got me in as quick as they could and pulled the teeth, with awesome pain relief given first. I dont have any money to spend, so without them I would have been buggared. (I think I had to pay 50 bucks each time)Thanks so much Armadale Dental Clinic!!

I have always found the reception staff to be helpful and pretty good natured despite having to constantly deal with the great unwashed masses and all of their carry on performances.

The receptionist is quite rude, I felt as though I was interrupting her working hours. In this era of high technology, why do we have to manually or via phone, pay our accounts. It is not only archaic but very inconvenient. Drag yourselves into the 21st century and set up an online bill payment system. I had to give 1 star, didn't have any choice in the matter, my choice would have been a big zero.

I would have said 5 stars but if you 'love' going to the dentist somehow then power to you friend. Staff here are very nice and do their best under the limits of public health services. Sadly this place is only really accessible when something has gone horribly bad and is an emergency for you - for regular dental services like cleans and check-ups they are just too swamped. Again, this is due to the health system, not their service.I have always been treated well here.

The system used to be great as you could get a referral to get the work done elsewhere.. receptionist i dealt with was very rude, no empathy for patient situation and was very condescending. I apparently didnt fit the picture for emergency so had to wait more than 2 months for an appointment. When i finally got there, the female dentist was also rude and condescending, i didnt feel confident that she had the experience to deal with the issue so i left untreated and still in pain.

I have issues with one dentist there. He filled my infected tooth without giving me antibiotics or any after care advice so I now have a large painful abscess on my gum and a dead tooth. Very unprofessional and very unhappy as I'm a mum of 3 and have no time to sit at the dentist for hours to get my teeth fixed. It could have been solved easily, and I'm paying for it. Other than that one person, the dentist as a whole is great.

The ladies on reception are lovely very pleasant and helpful..The dentists are wonderful and as gentle as they can be..:) they do their best to make you calm..I give them 100%

Male dentist was amazing! I will never go see another dentist again, would wait months with pain just to see him as he is a pro at his job n makes u feel at ease! Perfect for someone with high anxiety or suffers panic attacks.

Rude receptionist, she was lucky I had a mouth fully numbed to not give her a mouth full back!!! The dentist kept telling me it wasn’t pain I was feeling it was just pressure.He was absolutely wrong, I was in so much pain whilst he pulled my aggressively infected tooth.No after care.After tooth was pulled… I was immediately shown the door.I felt unwell and dizzy and rushed to my car to pretty much collapse.Do not go here.

The women who works the front desk is a sour cow. Get a new job if you hate working with people so much. The way you speak to your clients is actually disgusting. Ever time I’ve had to call or come in I’ve been spoken to like I’m beneath her. Reality check. Not everyone who needs to come here is a jobless bum. My partner was made redundant and cracked his tooth in half the next day and we couldn’t afford to fork out for private dental. You’re not better than your clients. I’m sure someone way more deserving would love your job.She is also happy to let people sit and wait for hours even though she knows the dentist is fully booked and then says “too bad” once you get to he counter. Rude. Cow.
